Definitions

• Advertiser: Any individual or business entity that engages WaxApps.com for advertising services.
• Publisher: Any individual or business entity that displays advertisements served by WaxApps.com.
• User: Refers to both advertisers and publishers.

Payment Terms

For Advertisers

• Payments for our services must be made upfront, prior to the start of any advertising campaign.

For Publishers

• Payments will be made on a net-45 basis. This means that payments will be processed 45 days after the end of the month in which the Publisher's earnings have been generated.
• No Exceptions: The net-45 payment terms are non-negotiable and apply to all Publishers.

Reversals

• Any reversals, chargebacks, or adjustments can occur up until the 25th day of the month following the month in which the advertisement was displayed.
• Publishers are advised to consider the possibility of reversals when calculating their expected earnings.

Service Provision

WaxApps.com reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate services for any User at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content and software used in connection with WaxApps.com's services are the property of WaxApps.com or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Liability

WaxApps.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Amendments

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this page.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Buenos Aires, Argentina.
